Children’s Data

Consent by design. We obtain verifiable parental consent before creating a student profile.

Data we collect: account email (parent/guardian), learner display name, grade band, progress metrics, lesson interactions, and device info (for security). No precise location, no contact syncing, no advertising identifiers.

Retention: progress data retained for 18 months rolling; you can export or delete at any time. Deleted data is purged from backups within 30 days.

Sharing: no sale of personal data; subprocessors limited to hosting and support services listed in our policies. School deployments follow district agreements.

Controls: parents can view history, adjust limits, and pause data collection from the family dashboard.
